In response to the alarming maternal mortality rate in the United States, particularly among low-income mothers, I developed a comprehensive booklet set to support expecting mothers regardless of their background. With the U.S. lacking proactive healthcare for mothers-to-be and facing exorbitant childcare costs, this initiative aims to provide accessible guidance and support throughout pregnancy.
The booklet set offers a tangible resource for expecting mothers, guiding them through each stage of pregnancy and childbirth without relying on the Internet. By providing vital information and support in a physical format, the project fosters objective decision-making and strengthens the bond between mothers and their children.
